I had a mixed experience during my stay at Holiday Inn Express Savannah - Historic District. The location was truly excellent, making it easy to explore the vibrant River Street area. However, the room itself did have some issues, including a sticky carpet and inconsistent temperature. Overall, while the amenities and staff were commendable, a few maintenance concerns held back my rating.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic district, allowing me to easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. I did find parking a bit tricky, but that's common in Savannah. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. However, I experienced some noise from the hall at times, which could be a bit disruptive.
